This Shipping Policy explains how we fulfill and deliver your custom apparel orders. All orders are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.
1. PRODUCTION TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Understanding Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time consists of two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
Production Time
Production time is how long it takes to manufacture your custom order. Production begins only after:
- Digital proof approval (confirmed via email)
- Full payment received
Standard Production: 7-10 business days
Rush Production: 3-5 business days (additional fee applies - contact us for pricing)
Wait & Save Production: 25-30 business days (see below)
Wait & Save Option
Orders with 50 or more pieces of any single item qualify for our Wait & Save program:
- Extended production time: 25-30 business days
- Discounted pricing: Significant savings on per-unit costs
- Same premium quality: No compromise on fabric or printing quality
Perfect for large events, bulk orders, or customers with flexible timelines who want the best pricing.
Shipping Transit Time
After production is complete, your order is shipped via major Canadian carriers. Transit times vary by destination (see Section 4).
2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Carriers
We ship via reputable Canadian carriers to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Specific carriers are selected based on your location and order size.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination (province/territory)
- Remote or rural location surcharges (if applicable)
Shipping costs are displayed in your quote and confirmed before production begins.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for:
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA): All orders
- Canada-wide: Orders over $300 - (this amount is subject to change without notice)
Free shipping is based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
Expedited Shipping
Rush shipping options are available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Remote Area Surcharges
Additional shipping fees apply to remote or rural areas not regularly serviced by standard carriers.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories, including:
- Residential addresses
- Business/office addresses
- Event venues
- PO Boxes (where carrier allows)
One Address Per Order
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Due to varying customs requirements and shipping costs:
- Submit our quote form OR email us at design@studiomohar.ca with your destination country, order details, and shipping address
- We will provide a shipping quote including estimated transit time
- Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges
- International transit times are typically longer and subject to customs clearance delays
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping transit times begin once your order leaves our facility. These are estimates and do not include production time.
Standard Canada Shipping:
- Urban areas: 3-5 business days
- Rural/remote areas: 7-10 business days
International Shipping:
- Varies by destination country
- Typically 1-3 weeks depending on customs clearance
Total Delivery Example:
- Standard production (7 days) + Standard shipping (2 days) = 9 business days total
- Wait & Save production (30 days) + Standard shipping (5 days) = 35 business days total
5. TRACKING & ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our facility. This email includes:
- Shipment date
- Tracking number (when available)
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information (when applicable)
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided when available. If tracking is not included with your shipment, contact us at design@studiomohar.ca with your order number for status updates.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
6. GST/HST TAX COLLECTION
Sales tax (GST/HST) is charged based on your shipping destination, not your billing address or our business location.

7. DELIVERY & INSPECTION
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives:
- Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
- Check for visible damage to packaging
- Open and inspect contents within 72 hours
Reporting Issues
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us at design@studiomohar.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective items
- Photos of the shipping box/packaging (if damaged in transit)
- Description of the issue
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate (see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Carrier Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier mechanical issues or service disruptions
- Customs delays (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 24 hours
We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the box and contents before opening
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt (if signing for delivery)
- Contact us immediately with photos
We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacement or refund.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:
- Complete street address (no abbreviations)
- Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
- City, province/state, postal/zip code
- Phone number for delivery contact
Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately before your order ships.
Incorrect Address Fees
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
- Reshipping fees to send to the correct address
10. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting packages immediately upon receipt.
